Program Manager
Alexandria, VA · Information Technology · Hybrid RemoteWe are looking for a Program Manager to join our client’s team in support of an upcoming cyber security program supporting their federal customer. This position requires a current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Individuals must reside within a commutable distance of the Washington, DC metro area to visit the customer sites as required.
This is a direct hire position with our client, contingent upon contract award.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Experience:
- 10+ years of IT program management experience required,
- OR 5 or more years of IT program management experience in DoD environment (preferred).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field (required).
- Master’s degree in IT-related field (preferred).
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification.
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification (must have and maintain at least 1 current certification from the following list: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO).
- Clearance:
- Must have a current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition.
- Experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.
- Experience in procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Experience in task order management and leadership, including performance management of employees, training, completing required reports.
- Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and supervisory skills.
- Experience in formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communication policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
