We are looking for a Program Manager to join our client’s team in support of an upcoming cyber security program supporting their federal customer. This position requires a current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Individuals must reside within a commutable distance of the Washington, DC metro area to visit the customer sites as required.
This is a direct hire position with our client, contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Experience:
10+ years of IT program management experience required,
OR 5 or more years of IT program management experience in DoD environment (preferred).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field (required).
Master’s degree in IT-related field (preferred).
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification.
DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification (must have and maintain at least 1 current certification from the following list: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO).
Clearance:
Must have a current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition.
Experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.
Experience in procurement of IT hardware and software.
Experience in task order management and leadership, including performance management of employees, training, completing required reports.
Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and supervisory skills.
Experience in formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communication policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
