Security Control Assessors
Ft. Meade, MD · Information TechnologyWe are looking for a Security Control Assessors to join our client’s team in support of an upcoming cyber security program supporting their federal customer. This position requires a current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Individuals must reside within a commutable distance of Chambersburg, PA, Ft. Meade, MD, or Arlington, VA in order to work onsite full time.
This is a direct hire position with our client, contingent upon contract award.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Experience:
- 12+ years in experience in Cybersecurity area.
- 5 to 8 years Certification and Accreditation/A&A.
- 3 to 5 years Security Control Assessor/Validator Experience.
- 5 years of project management work experience.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an IT-related field.
- Certifications:
- DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification (must have and maintain at least 1 current certification from the following list: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP, CISM, GSLC, OR CCISO).
- PMP is preferred.
- Clearance:
- DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Location:
- Must reside within a commutable distance of at least one of the following locations in order to work onsite full-time: Chambersburg, PA; Ft. Meade, MD; Arlington, VA.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Project Management skills.
- Proficient with RMF process, NIST SP 800- 37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253.
